In India yearly 50 Lacks peoples are victim of heart attack, out of which 30 lacks cannot even reach to the hospital. As per the estimate of World Health Organization in the year 2015 about 90 lacks peoples will be the yearly victim of heart attack in India.

The problem with heart attack is its unpredictability, It is difficult to predict the possibility of heart attack. The reality is that a heart attack can occur at any time and at any place.

In this era of competition and depression, cardiac problems are common. 60% of working persons of age group above 35 age group are facing this problems, The treatment of this disease is above the affording limit of a common man.

Also the treatment of the heart problem is not available at every place, Hence these patients generally have to move to metro cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bangalore etc, That makes the treatment more expensive for the patients to stay at new place and get treatment or operation.

It is long awaited need that the super specialty Cardiac hospital should function in the Vidarbha Region. In Nagpur city there are couples of hospitals having facility of cardiac surgery. Amravati is centralized place of Vidarbha region. But there was no facility available for cardiac surgery, there is no heart hospital in Amravati and even in other districts (Akola, Washim, Buldhana, Yeotmal) of Amravati Region.

Shri Sant Acchyut Maharaj had a dream to serve the patients of heart disease of Vidarbha region at affordable cost: All needy heart patients from Vidarbha Region especially BPL patients and economically weaker section of the region are likely to be benefited by this hospital.
